We are looking for a Retention Lead who shares our commitment to these values. As Retention lead, you will be responsible for driving YGN’s customer lifecycle strategy and working the Customer Experience team to support our rapidly-growing brand. You will be responsible for developing and executing email and SMS marketing campaigns that drive loyalty and retention.  The right person for this role is data and customer obsessed and highly motivated. You have a proven track record for developing programs that drive cohort retention, engagement, and brand loyalty. If you are hard working with a passion for marketing, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement content strategy to align with business goals
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Manage all video content assets to be posted across all digital consumer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with social media creators, influencers, and internal creative director to ensure brand consistency
  • Deliver
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends

Requirements

  • 5-7+ yrs experience in digital consumer retention marketing within ecommerce
  • Deep experience in CRM / ESP platforms; Klaviyo, and Shopify Plus preferred
  • Experience working with SMS platforms
  • Experience working with Customer Experience teams and platforms; Zendesk preferred
  • Strong knowledge of lifecycle and automation best practices and message journeys
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and report on data using web and BI analytics tools
  • Detailed and quality oriented; ability to understand and deliver an inspiring brand experience
  • Hard working, self-starter mentality; highly collaborative and communicative
  • Analytics-savvy and up-to-date on innovative tools, platforms, and resources
  • Experience with loyalty & referral platforms a plus
  • A passion for beauty, fashion or haircare.
